After being advised of our flight change several times 4 months earlier, they claimed thy had no cars available for us, but funnily enough they had one in the class above at a charge of the same rental price again. Strangely enough this happened to every one. When we just Sat and waited for 4 hours, we were given cars that had been there since we arrived. Awful customer services, though the car itself was great when we got it. Spoiled by a 4 hour needless wait. Never using again.

I'll definitely be renting from Europcar again.

Handover at the end of the period was straightforward. We were met in the car park by a chap who gave the car a once over, checked the fuel levels and then confirmed that we were good to go.

I had a really excellent experience hiring from Europcar at Carcassone Airport. The staff were very helpful and polite and weren't pushy about taking out excess insurance (which I'd already purchased separately).

I was given a choice of cars and selected a Seat Leon which was in showroom condition - completely unmarked and only about 4,000km on the clock. It wasn't a budget model either and had a nice big screen to which you could connect an Android or iPhone mobile phone. It also had reversing cameras and sensors which were very helpful. The car performed perfectly during the rental period.

Es horaires sont fausses sur l'affichage à l'accueil c'est marqué ouvert à 10h alors que sur internet marque ouvert à 8h

Hemos reservado coche con Nicolás, debo decir que muy muy bien. Nos explico todo muy detenidamente y se tomo las molestias de darnos el coche ideal. Solo esperamos que la próxima vez que reservemos en otra parte sean igual de atentos.
