Some of the finest sushis I ever had in my life, plus the team is awesome! I really like the possibility to do a Japanese whisky tasting as well. A must in La Rochelle.

I would say my experience was better than the food so definitely worth it!
However I would suggest to stick to sashimi, nigiri, or basic rolls. Their rainbow & caterpillar was a bit bland for the price.
Their Salmon was the best I have had in a while (living in paris for 2 years)
and the sushi rice had the PERFECT taste and texture which in my opinion is often ignored.

Great menu, great prices, extremely friendly staff. My French is not very good, and the owner was not only great at helping me understand the menu but was very fun too! Highly recommend!

The owner on the other hand completely made up our experience by being so friendly and kind. Something we are not used to in Paris. We would go back for sushi and sake :)

They forgot a set of makis and since we could not check until home 'cause of how the box was lock, we could not go back. We try to call, but they said not before 10:30 and they would not deliver, even though they made the mistake. I live in Paris and I'm used to order in restaurant where they have a great sense of customer service. They did not.
Plus the price is really expansive for the food quantity and quality.
I highly discourage !

I would definitely call myself a mild sushi expert, and this place was quite good! I grew up in Japan and Los Angeles with a sushi restaurant owner for a dad. I know quality when I taste it.
Hattori made the cut!

Those sushis are amazing ! Delicate, tasty and originals, so much choice and flavors. Very kind staff and the terrace's view on the Vieux Port is great.

The only thing that bothered me was: the chef was coughing so badly in the back that when I at the sushi I was so scared I was going to catch whatever she had…
If I were the manager- she would either be wearing a mask or going home. so minus a star..
