Reality nice hotel. The staff is very friendly. Close from a couple of metro stations. Really liked this place.

Room was of good size, queen bed and double pull out sofa bed easily managed 2 adults and 2 children. Room service was exquisite. Location was very good, not far from Orly Airport and justhe a 5 minute taxi to the Eiffel tower.

Our family was looking for a lower end hotel that we could still recieve the world class service that Paris deserves. We did not recieve and left after 2 hours staying at it.

Both of our rooms were good, clean and well sized.Ryan the desk manager is great. He speaks perfect English and was so helpful. Even the neighbors of the area were fantastic to speak with. We would definitely stay here again.

Short explanation: we left because it was not adequate.
Long explanation: This hotel is okay. I say that very loosely. I would not be staying there unless I was on a budget and needed something cheap. THEY HAD A PLASTIC CHAIR IN THE ROOM. Also they didn't give us hand soap which I do not believe is a repeat issue.
Additionally they were not accessible for my brother who is wheelchair bound. We booked the rooms well in advance and made sure we asked for two conjoined or adjacent rooms. What did we get? Two bedrooms at completely different sides of the floor.
It was very upsetting.
The concierge was useless. Well... there was no concierge as the receptionist played both rolls.
She did not have the touristic knowledge of the city we were looking for.

Neat, clean, nice room with just enough space and even a balcony, beautiful bathroom and a separate wc, nice breakfast, professional service and hospitality, good location. Particularly as a traveler on business - what more could you wish for?
