The front desk staff was nice. The room me and my family member got was somewhat small, but bigger than what we previously had in Paris. The only negative I have is that mural of the clown that was behind the bed (I have sorta a phobia for clowns). Phobia or not, it looked kinda creepy.

Courteous service by all staff, clean and well maintained rooms, easily accessible to train station and centrally located to high streets and promenade.

The rooms are very small to the point where you barely had space to walk .
Most of the room is the bed itself.
The air conditioning was not working so we had to call for a little fan and it was still hot.
Also there was an almost creepy clown wall paper in the room , that was almost frightening instead of welcoming.
They could really improve on clenlyness as we found many hairs and a lot of dust in the room to the point where we were almost choked in the dust.

Drawback: the painting in the bedroom. That's just creepy! I tried to ignore it as best as I could, but I really wonder why anybody would put up something like that in a bedroom...

Still - I'd stay again!

Good hotel. Very nice breakfast and friendly staff. Good location. Would visit again.

To sum it up , if you can spend a little extra I would really advise you to and get a reservation for a better hotel

Very well situated, within walking distance to the old part of the town, the main shopping area, the station and the beach. The staff is very friendly, breakfast is good and at least in the entrance hall and breakfast area it's decorated beautifully.

Was there a couple months ago. The overall experience was nice, room was a bit small. The only thing that left a bad taste in my mouth was, at the breakfast buffet, there was fridge with juice bottles. The door wasn't locked, so me and my wife took 2 dl juice bottles from there, because we thought they were included. After leaving the breakfast area, the waiter came rushing behind us, and said, the juices from the fridge are not included, so he asked us to pay for them. Obviously we did not pay them, and they weren't added to the room bill, but did not like that approach, that was not our fault. The next morning the fridge door was locked.

Compact room, fresh renowated hotel. Nice roof terrace. Delicious breakfast buffet.

Rain water shower. Although lovely in theory needs some power! Receptionist wss fantastic.

Very enjoyable stay in the heart of Nice. Very central location. Close to the Promenade des Anglais, the train station and the pedestrian streeets. The staff was very friendly, our room spacious and well appointed, the breakfast was very good too. Only drawback is not direct parking space at the hotel, there is a public car park nearby but not ideal when you are carrying lots of luggage
