A disaster. The rooms were quite disagreeable, with non working air conditioner, nothing like the rooms that shows their site in internet. Furthermore I left my diamond weeding band in my room's night table and it never appeared, not withstanding the fact that I requested it the next day, and called several times from several Corsica ports to see if they had found it. Actually, the rooms at Hotel Napoleon were nasty as well as the personnel, who was very unhelpful about the whole ordeal, which was dealt with in French.

I really enjoyed staying here. It's centrally located and has a reasonable price. The staff is very friendly. They were helpful printing me out vouchers and telling me where to eat.

Rooms are a bit crammed, but acceptable for a French one downtown. Inexpensive indoor parking. Very friendly and helpful staff, esp. the night manager is amazing. Only a couple minutes to port, restaurants, cafés, shopping street, beach.
