Excellent meal and attentive service. Hidden away in a small street and doesn't look like anything special from the outside but the chef is clearly very talented - hence the Michelin recognition. Well worth a visit.

If you want to explore the Champagne area and don't need a luxurious and big hotel room, this is perfectly okay.

Located in the centre of Epernay.
The rooms are basic and not the most modern, but at a good price and very clean. The staff is super friendly.

No air con. No fan. No fridge. No coffee or tea making. Washing clothing banned! (True, and I have never seen this before) Building site across road. No privacy due to need to keep windows and curtain open. Wi-fi one user per room only. No heater. Room clean and tidy. 32" TV high on wall. Was able to watch UEFA matches.

The hotel was nice, clean and good situated in centre but the woman at the reception was very arrogant about our requests when asked 6-7 Aug.-08.
Our request was imposible and it ended that we were forced to take 2 rooms in stead of one. We were one adult and 2 teenagers for one night.

I spent a week in the country for my culinary studies, this was my first dining experience in france and it was spectacular (jan 2009). I had the great opportunity to have a tour of the kitchen, it was imaculate.
