Only stayed 2 nights and it was great for a place to sleep in-between site seeing. The hotel was about a 15 minute walk to the Eiffel Tower and close to the metro and bus stations to get you anywhere in Paris. The room was clean and spacious. The bathroom was a tight fit, but non-the-less, practical and clean. Can't say I tried the breakfast, so no comment there. Breakfast was supposed to be £10, buffet style. In all honesty I have nothing bad to say about this hotel, but also nothing outstanding. Also no mini bar in room, which is usually something I like to cool down water.

The hotel is very centrally located - close to the metro station , taxi stand and other public transport which are just a 1 min walk away
It is also just a short 20 minute hassle free walk from the Eiffel tower and the Sienne river
The Best part about the hotel is that the rooms on the top floor have the perfect view of the Eiffel tower which i really loved! (just as shown in their picture).
Overall i had very pleasant stay .. it is complete value for money and I would definitely recommend this hotel for business officials , couples as well as solo travelers!

Firstly, when we were booking in, the staff member who assisted us was very rude in his manner and didn't treat us like paying guests but more like people who were about to rip you off in some way. He was waving our credit card in the air and asking, very loudly, 'is this guaranteed?', well of course it's guaranteed, it's a credit card for goodness sake. We were made to look very foolish. We had booked two rooms, a double and a single, he seemed to be having some difficultly in locating the booking for the double room and just left us sitting there whilst he was searching on the computer and constantly looking around and never once making eye contact. Very bad customer service.
Twice during our stay I reported to two different staff members that our air conditioning wasn't working and both times was told that someone would be looking into it straight away. It never was attended to and we had to sleep with the window open and put up with traffic and other noise from outside during the night. In the single room that I booked, which our daughter occupied, there was a continual noise which was also reported to staff, and once again nothing was done.
Generally we found the staff to be unfriendly, unwelcoming and helpful to a small degree. We are business people ourselves and pride ourselves on our excellent customer service, we have also won awards for the outstanding way we treat our clients, so to us, your standard is very low.
I read the information leaflet in our hotel room which informs of your '15 minute rule', obviously this doesn't apply to getting the air conditioning fixed.

The hotel is located nearby the Eiffel Tower, the metro and plenty of shops/cages/restaurants. The room were small, even by European standards and the bathroom was especially tight poorly laid out. The hotel staff was less than accommodating and our keys stopped working 6 times in the 3 days we were here. The rooms have very little air circulation and the trim was missing/lifted in multiple locations. The Wi-Fi was free but highly unreliable. After meandering the area for a few days, there appear to be much nicer, boutique hotels in the area that would be better.

La situacion es ideal para visitar Paris. En la cafetería se come muy bien y a buen precio. No pudimos hospedarnos por un error de la agencia pero nos atendieron muy educadamente.

This hotel was great it was chill , until the day I was leaving Paris & get home and went to find my sun glasses.... and I put them in a small purse In my luggage & once I look for them. The purse was not in my luggage. Meaning that one of the cleaning lady's stole my purse ... which had my 300$ sunglasses In and my expensive jewelry... && my 200$ purse I was extremely mad because the hotel was great & the service in the restaraunts was pretty good. And then when I got home to look for my purse and sun glasses they were gone... And I know I brought that purse on my trip, and I never went out with that purse to the street.. So I'm extremely disappointed. So basically they stole about 700$ of my belongings.
