We bought a costly bracelet and the whole affair was strange. They where odd about the price that seemed very fluctuant, and then they said they where going to get us the paperwork later, because somebody was not at the store who could write it, but all in all- they knew where we where staying, they knew our home adress and they never sent us anything on the bracelet. I found that very suspicious and asked the hotel before leaving to send a message to the store about this...Still no paper work has arrived and this was in 2012!
If you read this, I want the paperwork, the documentations, please! And the bracelet didn't hold very long, it has been repaired again and again but still is in a bad way. Since you didn't send any paperwork I had a hard time finding you. Now I have and I say: Very strange business indeed!
