I had horrible experience at this spa. First of all this is not a luxury spa, everything is small, there is no relaxation room. They try to sell their products, it feels like you are dealing with used car sales person. I had a massage and told them I want light touch. The lady was pushing on my spine and neck like I am a cow to be slaughtered. After the massage I wake up in the middle of the night with horrible pain in my neck and back. I called to complain, I was told it is my fault. The manager was gone for Easter. They acted like they have never heard of late onset of pain. I am back home and I have to have CT scan on my back and neck for $6000. The manager called me the last day and gave me tiger balm, that you can buy for a$1 in every drugstore in the US. Go to the spa at The Grand hotel Saint Jean Cap Ferrat. Also be aware the VAT is not included in the price.
