Accueil sympathique et service correct. Bon emplacement. Dommage que les prix pratiqués soient un peu excessifs (plus de 2€ le café et 3€50 pour un sachet de thé...) pour Valenciennes.
Je n'ai pas essayé le restaurant.

Stayed there several times decades ago. It was a grand hotel in a great location. I want to get back there again as I love France (and many other countries).

Very expensive compared to the offered service. Bed was really bad, too soft.. everithing too old.

i'm staying at this hotel right now and i'm really enjoying it. Very friendly staff at the reception, the breakfast is simply awesome (the chef is really friendly) and also it's very strategically located near the Rail station and bus and tram stops.

Good hotel near to train station

Rooms are really cosy and well equipped with bath tub, heater, tv... we can also access the wifi at the reception downstairs.

Cool little hotel with lots of history, but no AC. That isn't much of a problem! Budget friendly and great service.

i'm really enjoying my stay here. 5 stars!!
