Very elegant retreat walking distance from St Remy. Their website doesn't do the justice, amazing place with a lot of water features, quite... essentially peaceful.

Très bon accueil, belle chambre et dîner semi gastro excellent. Carte des vins très fournie et bons conseils sur le vin par la personne chargée du service.
Propriété très bien entretenue. Nous reviendrons.

The hotel was very nice. It looked very new. The garden was very pretty. The staff was extremely helpful. The dinner was good. The breakfast was also outstanding. A great experience overall.

Très bel hôtel. Le + le petit jardin privatif devant la chambre. Accueil sympathique. Menu découverte excellent. Très bonne carte des vins.
L'insonorisation de la chambre pourrait être améliorée mais reste acceptable.

Loved our recent stay at Le Mas des Carassins; second visit in 6 years. Delightful grounds, staff, accommodations and food. Highest recommendation!

Cadre agréable tout près du centre et d'un calme absolu. Belle structure avec tout l'équipement nécessaire. Personnel disponible et avenant. Dîner excellent avec une carte des vins variée et accessible. Petit déjeuner complet mais pas aussi qualitatif que la restauration (pas de pâtisserie "maison"). Très bonne expérience à renouveler.

Room was fabulous. Food outstanding. Grounds impeccable. The convenience of having a great restaurant on site is a tremendous asset. We will be back.

Not the cheapest option in Saint Remy, but it must be the best value for money option. The hotel rooms are excellent and the grounds superb, with two fine swimming pools to laze around. The top Trip Advisor reviewed restaurant is on site too; it is excellent but if you want a change the town is a short (10 mins) walk away. We will come back for sure.
