For some strange reason there always has to be one restaurant that falls through the net! The duty manager was extremely unfriendly and rude on that particular day. I wanted a product which was advertised to be told they would not serve it because the cheese was missing! Hey sorry...but you better remove it from display i.e. don't sell it until you can !!

Adorant le macdo et étant nouvelle dans le coin je n'ai évidemment pas résister à plusieurs visites à celui de pontorson.
Plusieurs tests ! A plusieurs reprises les menus étaient froids(3 exactement). J'ai d'abord râlé puis me suis bon allez dernier test.. miracle mon menu était chaud! Mais le pain du dessus de mon sandwich était dur comme du béton!! Sérieusement changez de personnel c'est inadmissible je ne reviendrai plus!

Late afternoon visit and it appeared there were only two staff working. The place was not busy but it took 15 minutes for the food to arrive. It was cooked fresh which is a bonus but this is not a good service. Supposed to be a fast food outlet. It is a good job they were not busy or we might never have been served

Clean and friendly French McDonald's. Be aware that food is cooked on request unlike UK
