Terrible experience with arrogant and lazy staff, avoid !!!
1- at check in, we discovered a wasp swarm in the mail box where the key of the property was to be picked up. Wasps were in fact already nesting in many holes inside the exterior wall. They were supposed to find a contractor to have them removed but we finally had to finish the task ourselves by using spray bought in a local mall to protect our kids
2- provided only one bedding set for 3 beds even if we ordered 3 and confirmed the number by phone. Even after notifying the error, they would not agree to provide the missing linen for our family of 5. Even the manager would argue... Really unique as they charge for it anyway!
3- pool guy asked us to maintain the equipment while it is included in fees.
4- did not perform inventory of fixtures at check in then tried to charge extras at check-out for cleaning. Be aware that when cleaning is charged upfront as a mandatory service, you can't be charged for extra afterwards.
5- we shared these points with the manager. She argued on everything and then tried a week after to keep another portion of our deposit.

Vakantiewoning huren in omgeving van Saint Chinian? Moerland Verhuur - Moerland Locations heeft een groot aanbod, prachtige omgeving. Gebied is ook geschikt om te fietsen :-).

Prachtige complete villa. Een heerlijk verblijf gehad. Restaurants op loopafstand.

Al jaren een vaste klant van Moerland voor huur van diverse woningen id omgeving van St Chinian. Kan niet beter!

L'endroit idéal pour réserver sa villa au milieu des vignes de la région de Saint-Chinian. Il n'y a plus qu' à choisir la taille de la piscine !
