Two of us had already gone through the gate but went back to help only to discover that you can't reenter even though we hadn't even used the metro! They don't write this anywhere clearly.

On a related note, we had previously been able to exit and reenter using the same kind of adult full-fare ticket. But this time it didn't work suddenly. At another subway station, the clerk didn't want help us either.

As English-speaking passengers you don't get any help. As a party of four, with two below the age of 26, we had previously used "jeune" tickets but then suddenly they didn't work. Then we found out they didn't work on Mondays for some reason. However, we were still able to buy them! Not user-friendly.

Worst subway experience ever..

We went to the service clerk to get help but we just got a lot of sour, better-knowing French back in our faces. Even though we obviously didn't speak French, the clerk did nothing to help us. No locals or travelers did either.

Groot overstappunt van metro naar stadsbus. Lijn 80 is super als je de hoogtepunten van de stad wil zien
