A true nightmare, run down, dirty and far from luxury or premium. We arrived, looked at our "superior" apartment with roof terrace and spa and decided to leave immediately. Never ever again! Only plus is that we got our money back due to several photos stating the pity state of the complex. For this I'd give that one star I have to, for the residence itself zero stars would even be too much.
I never write any recommendations but this time I had to. I can only advise you to avoid it, you'll be hardly disappointed as we were.

satisfaits. cadre intimiste . piscine avec plusieurs bassins vraiment appréciable pour les enfants. marché et commerce à proximité

Rooms look tired. Friendly front staff. Swimming pool great for kids. Best to swim in afternoon as sun only visible after midday. Has waterfall! Great location, close to train station and beach.

Svårt att få ett bättre läge än detta lägenhetshotell. Inklämt mellan Antibes småbåtshamn och gamla stan men ändå i ett lugnt kvarter... Ca 5 minuters promenad till närmaste restaurang-gata, 10 minuter till badstrand, 5 till närmaste mataffär.

Awesome pools and friendly staff
Själva hotellet har flera pooler, några med strömmande vatten och bubblor, inklusive en lite babypool. Rummen är ganska små men välutrustade. De rum vi har bott på har haft ljuvliga balkonger där måltider avnjutits.

très très bruyant. ..difficile de dormir. - - insonorisation zéro, route très passante ! appartement pas très propre ...
situation géographique bonne et piscine bien. parking payant !!
Det är lätt att nå hotellet, 5 minuters promenad från tågstationen (där flygbussen också stannar) och enkelt att komma åt med bil.

Good service apartment... big rooms.. easily 2-3 or even 4 people can stay
