We were told there were plenty of seats all day and to just go to the counter at the airport. When we did, chamexpress was actually sold out for the next 5 hours. Boo.

Terrible experience, driver unfriendly, yelling at a woman carrying a baby with her. Horrible driving that made us sick and gave us headaches. Unplanned picks up. NEVER AGAIN.

We used this service for a round trip to Megève for our company. The shuttle was on time for our trip to Megève; however, it was 1/3 an hour late returning to Geneva. You may want to ensure you schedule extra travel time when making your booking. Otherwise no complaints from the group that traveled with them.

Very unfriendly and rude drivers, poor unsafe standard of driving. Slow and inefficient. Uncomfortable and smelly vehicles. To make matters worse, on my return journey they completely forgot about me/lost my booking/didn't pick me up! They claimed it was a 'glitch in the system' and were very unapologetic. As a result of them not providing me with the service I had paid for I missed my flight and incurred significant cost. They then refused to make any compensation for my incurred costs. Their website cybersecurity is also very poor, do not use for risk of having your card details stolen. Worst service I have ever experienced in my life. Do not use these scammers!
