It is always a hassle getting your documents done here. It is very difficult to get an appointment for your applications. Be ready days in advance. The staff is English speaking and helpful.

The first appointment was quick and good. They said me to come to the office in six weeks and collect my resident permit. When I came to receive the resident permit, I have discovered the mistake in my resident permit. Of course there is no difference between Russia and Rwanda. After my question: ¨what do I need to do with this mistake?¨, they explained that I need to submit all documents with photos again and wait six weeks. Seriously? Is it possible to travel with the document with mistake? They do not know - it depends on the border control. May be yes, may be no. Thank you so much for the canceling of all my plans. I am not sure that word ¨mess¨ can fit to the explained absurd.
