My wife gave her passport to apply for a visa 4 months ago! I had a good job in uk but after 3 month I give up and I return in France. We don't want to live in your country because your unable to give her a visa, now we just want her passport! Where is it?! Why nobody reply to our mails?! Her name is Kristina Bavencoffe, please give it back quickly, you don't have right to keep it! And if you lost it, you're not a kids, say it! Thanks

Wow! Went here today with my husband and I must say, the service is absolutely amazing. There is a security officer, which I believe his name is Steve. Let me tell you about this guy! Enthusiastic as ever, so, so polite and an absolute gentleman. He made sure every single person in the building was safe, OK and makes conversation in English and French just perfectly. Adding onto that, everyone was polite and helpful. Interview was at 10:30, and that is exactly when we were called. The whole process took 25 minutes and we were out of there before 11. Remarkable experience. Thank you guys!

The office is closed for 1 hour between 12pm-1pm which is not mentioned anywhere on the website. We drove 5 hours to arrive at 12pm and find out we had to wait for another 1 hours to be admitted in. Moreover, there was a further 3 hour wait for application to be processed
