Der Besuch bietet einem eine 25 minütige Fahrt durch einen Teil der Zitadelle, während derer man mit Filmen und Dekoration in die Zeit des Krieges zurück versetzt werden soll. Am Ende wird man noch durch eine kleine Ausstellung geleitet. Alles in allem unterhaltsam und man kann durchaus eine Vorstellung bekommen.
Wer darauf hofft hier allerdings tatsächlich mehr über die Zitadelle an sich zu erfahren oder mehr davon zu sehen wird vielleicht etwas enttäuscht sein.

The staff are friendly and helpful, very well thought out, really interesting and informative, the French was a little loud but I was able to hear the English translation recording clearly,
I feel the waggon car is very clever the elderly and disabled can enjoy this tour, Bravo.

Bien pour les jeunes enfants. Visite style parc d'attraction en wagonnets. Belle prouesse technique mais au point de vu historique trop succincte et superficielle. Par exemple : rien sur la citadelle. Seule est digne d’intérêt la dernière salle avec ses vitrines que l'on fait à pied et à son rythme On est resté sur notre faim.
Conclusion : pour amuser les petits un jour de pluie.

Arnaque... cher et spectacle pourri. Rien d l'historique si ce n est qu une salle avec quelques objet. Ne perdez pas votre temps.
De plus c Est glacial...5 degrés...

Was great! The tour experience was great and interesting, you can see how much effort was made in each scene.
We took the tour in English, the accent of the actors was in French and was hard to understand it, but we still enjoyed it.

Chaotic intransparent reservation system, more multimedia effects than real impressions of how life of the soldiers was in reality.

Ogromne rozczarowanie. Dużo poezji, mało sensu. Nie dowiadujemy się niczego o fortyfikacjach, o cytadeli, prawie nic o wojnie. Cytadelę można obejść fosą, to ciekawsze i za darmo.
