Terrible attitude problems with the staff. Insulted my family in French thinking I wouldn't understand! Rude and unfriendly staff! AVOID! The equipment was average and very expensive, Use Ski Set instead!!!

Very good service, extremely helpful people who works there and who knows their sh*t. On the down side their variety of different skis and boots are not that big. But still a very good place to shop and rent.

I rented my skis from Absolut Sport Avoriaz this year. everything was very good, but the attitude of one of your staff was not acceptable to me and my 7 year old daughter. When we came to return our skis at the last day, the shop was full and people were trying to get their rental skis. I left my skis and trying to tell to one of your staff that we will be coming back for my daughter's ski boots as we didn't have her own boots with us when one of your staff (I couldn't get his name but he was the older aged one, the guy with white hair. he hel my and my daughter's arm and pulled us to the entrance of the shop. At first I couldn't understand what he was doing but he took us to the entrance and left. I understand that the shop was full and they were busy but I was trying to explain them very kindly that I will be back but he didn't even listen to us. This is no way to treat a customer. When I told this to the lady at the till she didn't care at all. she didn't even ask his name. I think you have got lot's of things to learn about client relations. This was my last time with you.

Please don't go to this shop. They won't think twice about ripping you off. I was sold an old helmet visor that had been removed from sale by HMR as the model had a defect. Obviously I trusted the advice of the owner. When I returned with the visor as it let loads of snow in and the side clip had broken the very rude lady was extremely unpleasant and took great pleasure in asking me stupid snide questions and saying she couldn't do anything about it. The next shop up called Super ski confirmed to me they had ripped me off. I strongly advise you to go here or any other super ski in Avoriaz instead of Absolute.
