Went to this office last weekend in the middle of the Air France's cabin crew strike because my girlfriend's flight had been cancelled. Staff was more than welcome and helpful. The ladies here did their best to overcome a somewhat unpleasant situation. We waited about 40 minutes, but the place was packed, as there were many travellers with cancellations. While in queue, the manager and office supervisor did everything humanly possible to reduce the waiting time and reasured us that our problem will be solved - they even brought us candies... At the counter, is where the magic happened, as my girlfriend was put on another flight in less than ten minutes, the same day when she was supposed to take off. The ladies in this office are the true heroes of this unfortunate strike and they deserve all the appreciation for the professional way they do their job. Mesdames, chapeau!

Had to sort out a thing and decided to go at this office. Nice staff and far less crowded than the Opera office. Plus you can take a nap at Jardin du Luxembourg after that :)

Extremely bad. One star is too much for this office. I had to go to their office in the Opera to find somebody to help me. Certainly am not flying with Air France anymore
