Lieu exceptionnel à la table étoilée. Service jeune, dynamique et de qualité. Dans l'assiette, une cuisine savoureuse et toujours bien présentée. Les ris de veau sont un délice. Dans le verre, un large choix de vin à tous les prix. Jolie offre hors region.

Nous avons dîné au restaurant " les belles perdrix".
Ce fut extraordinaire! Le meilleur repas de ma vie.
Le repas était exceptionnel, une explosion de goût et de finesse à chaques bouchées.
Le lieu est très beau.
Le personnel est très attentif, le service etait irréprochable.
Nous avons été enchanté par cet endroit.
Je le recommande vivement.

Really good dinner here with a young and friendly waitstaff. One of the starters of Dublin bay prawn with lobster jus was exquisite. Definitely worthy of a Michelin star. Must order the wine produced at their own vineyard as well, which is quite good.

Great lunch spot in St. Emillion. Nice view, friendly staff, and delicious food!
