Hausmannskost der Brasserie perfekt. Der Salatteller als Vorspeise war knackig und top frisch mit Balsamico-Dressing. Das Linsen-Cassoulet war extrem gut gekocht und mit reichlich unterschiedlichen Fleischsorten/Wurst "bestückt". Die warme Apfeltarte zum Schluß rundete das 12,50€ Menue hervorragend ab. Und der Spaziergang durch die Gassen und Straßen des sehenswerten Ortes waren das Tüpfelchen auf dem i!

We lunched at the brasserie, enjoying the menu du campagne and pays d'oc wine (which ended up being 20 euros for both). The menu started with a charcuterie plate, followed by duck confit and mushroom risotto, and a tarte tatin. The food was very impressive for a brasserie in such a small town. The brasserie is at the entrance of the town so there is enough of a hub-ub to punctuate the sleepy feel of the small town.
