Finally the options for dessert are a pastry or ice cream. I have gone for the mango ice cream which has melted whilst doing this review but it is quite nice and fresh especially after all of that food.

Wonderful selection.

Main course was a rib eye steak and chips with a tiny amount of garlic butter and the lovely salad again. The steak was very thin and was more medium than medium rare but what do you expect for €21

The service was perfect. The waitress there could speak english and I was really glad. I did scare her about us Aussies eating Kangaroos (true) and koalas (not true) but she was a good sport about it when I said I was joking. The food is yummy

The great thing about this restaurant is they have menus for different languages to save you the struggle of trying your best to decipher a full French menu which i found very helpful.

I decided to go for The Regional set menu which for €21 wasnt half bad. The Starter consisted of a very well presented local pate with baby gherkins, bread and a lovely salad with balsamic glaze. I didnt want it too end it was beautiful and fresh and just the right amount for a starter.

The first thing you notice when you come in here is the vast collection of football scarves and shirts plastered on the walls and ceilings. I even saw an old Dreamcast Arsenal shirt from way back in the day and a PSG scarf these guys clearly like football.

Mussels and chips were fabulous!

For drinks i had a small Bordeaux and quite lucky i ordered a small because a small for €5.50 equates too a small caraffe with a tiny glass. As far as Bordeaux goes this one was quite nice. Not too dry, fruity, very palatable and just the right amount. All in all a great little French adventure perhaps i shall return
