Good food cost more and long wait. This store is always busy and long line up to order. If you have couple of hours left for next flight, this would be your place to eat.

If you enjoy being ripped off then come here, €35 for what sounded delicious 'Balik smoked salmon with marrinated shrimp'

1.5 stars. They earned an extra star because I am normally not an oyster person but liked these. We grabbed two orders of oysters and some wine. When I say grabbed I mean grabbed at the staff. Repeatedly. 6 people at the bar, 6 people behind the bar serving. It took us about 20 minutes to get the first order of 6 oysters. I could do a better job shuckling them with both arms broken in my sleep. When paying 25-35 euro per half dozen I expect them to be separated from the shell and not spit bits of shell for a while... especially not after 20 minutes of watching the staff chat to each other for 29 minutes in front of me. Bottom line? Never again.

I got the Balik Breakfast for 26EUR.
Food: Avocado was brownish, toasts were not toasted I had to ask them to do it, the scrambled eggs were just a reheated portion, the lemon looked nice in its little fabric wrap but was not fresh... Finally I had a hot chocolate .... Almost cold.
Personnel: Barely looking at you, not smiling, obviously stressed out and not really supportive to each other. They were 3 running around, sharing one CC machine, dispose and clean, prep the plates...
Price: Both Food and Service are not worth 26EUR. Clearly interesting on the menu, I was expecting fresh food, freshly cooked and spend good degustation time before hoping in the plane, it makes you really wonder how can companies still run their business with such scam.

You get for 35€ a starter worth max 10 to 15€.
The point is only for the freshness of the salmon.
The service seems to be pissed off as well.

This is literally 5 shimp in a very average glaze and 2 pieces of totoally unseasoned salmon .. oh and a slice and a half of toast.

I usually never rate and prefer to talk with the personnel. It is harder for both but it is less frustrating if you really want to improve at the end. The miss serving my food was clearly not interested into talking or communicating at all. Face closed, she was just trying to get on with her day I guess. Her training is clearly not high standards, same for the others, they shouldn't do everything. When you pay a lot,it is not only for the food, it is also to be served in a better way and not the contrary. Seeing Seeing the personnel shouting at each other is not helping as well...all that, there is no room for kindness, this restaurant chain is clearly trying to rip you off until the surprise effect stops.
