This shopping mall is a great experience with nice variety while not being too crowded, that only stays true for the mall, not the carpark. The exit to the carpark is controlled by a stop light that's mostly red which in turn leads to queues inside the carpark and on the ramps. If it's not time critical or heavy shopping you're doing, give it a miss.
Fast food restaurants and a supermarket can be found within.

Vous souhaitez faire vos courses, du shoppings bref au centre commercial place d'arc tout y est !! oui oui tout en passant par snack et des boutique bijoux, je vidéos et même le grand carrefour d’Orléans pour achetez vos repas :) !!! une équipe très accueillante avec une directrice qui fait tout pour vous faire revenir notamment avec événement PLAGE D'ARC ou bien les jeux concours totalement gratuit ( vitrine ) a gagner de très gros lot près de 240 000 euros de lot souvent.

It has a lot of shops and a supermarket, it is quite central as well situated just by the train station.

Good place for quickly shopping in Orleans.
TL;DR - don't go by car.
