I visited nearly every piano store in Paris, some of them several times, in order to find just the right instrument for me. Euroconcert had not only the best selection but also the best prices: Consequently, several of my top choice pianos were at this store. They also had there a team of technicians, with whom I could discuss any detail. These factors alone would have earned them top ratings and made them my number 1 choice.

Beyond this, the buying experience itself was the best i've had - of any kind, anywhere, Paris or New York. The team helping me was astonishingly patient, generous, well informed and a pleasure to work with, from selecting the instrument, to financing, delivery and follow-up.

Do not recommend this shop, part of the Euroconcert chain, and providing a very poor customer service.

As a new immigrant to France from the USA, financing presented unique challenges: The team not only held my selected piano for several weeks while we navigating these complexities, they explored every option, negotiated with several banks, and even leaned on personal relationships with the US ambassador to France! After so many complications, they took special steps to rush the delivery, making sure the piano arrived on Christmas Eve!

This shop is the 2nd Euroconcert store in Paris. I wouldn't recommend it, as the quality of service is pretty low, the prices are higher than average, and you won't get a good deal. There are many piano shops in Paris to choose from, so recommend to compare first!
