Very expensive rates and employees not kind. I had a girl on the phone not convenient at all and aggressive when asking for information ! It felt like I was not welcome.

Worst rental experience of my lifetime. Do yourself a favour and go with any other company!

Really, truly, do not rent from this agency. We selected Hertz due to their legacy of good service despite that it was more expensive. That legacy is not present here. While the staff at this location are courteous, they gave me a car with roughly 1100 km on it that broke down on the highway 20 minutes later. After being towed to the Paris suburbs and cabbing it back to the office, they had no car for me and wanted to charge me for the time I spent taking their broken car to the shop for them! It is now five days after the incident and they have yet to let me know whether they've decided to refund my money (as I prepaid). My husband is a president's circle member, and we've been loyal Hertz members for years. Costumer retention is not a concern of this office. We are renting bc our car is in the shop. I have since rented w the enterprise a few blocks away and truly recommend them instead. There are several other car rental companies in the area. Unless you want to spend hundreds to spend a miserable day, I encourage you to rent with another provider.

Heads-up, most of the rentals come with 250km limit per day. Plus, even if you rented for 2 days in which you normally have 500 km right, and want to return a day earlier, they automatically charge you the excess kms. The staff doesn't help at all (Im president's circle). Lastly, picking up the car took 45 min due to clumsiness of the staff

It was a good chance to feel French culture for foreigners.
It makes me laugh whenever I think of the day.Huh~~

Great agency. Very classy and the staff is very helpful.

Price are a bit expensive compared to other rental but the service is better in my opinion.

Slow service but a great location. Once the staff has time to work with you they’re perfectly pleasant.

BELIEVE THE BAD REVIEWS. Bookings are complete BS and say "10am" even when you don't ask for 10am. Then you come at any other time and they "cancelled" the reservation and charge you ridiculous fees.

I don't know which staff had all other bad reviewer but I can't think of anyone who isn't helpful or nice.

Ofc it's easier when you go often cause you get extra upgrade for free.

didn't like the fact that they ONLY accept credit cards.

One hour, a lot of shouting, and a modest upgrade later (including a car that had a GPS meaning you could cancel the original GPS), we managed to break even. Still was hard work to get that far. Was tempted to leave a large chunk of fromage bleu under the seat, but thought better of it.

Would recommend.
