The same story like you can read below from other unsatisfied clients. Car was dirty and in the end you get accused for a damage you did not done. Avoid completely or check the car for every single detail before you drive!

Nothing I can complain of. I rented twice there, the first time the car smelled strongly the cigarette and they changed it immediately for a bigger one (Nissan juke -> Peugeot 5008) so I was happy. Second time got a Hyundai Tucson while the type booked was Renault Clio so nice upgrade there too.

Fast service. Winter tires are not included, which is kind of weird considering the short distance to the alps.

Worst car rental place ever. Staff verging on rude, car not cleaned. Hertz should be ashamed of this shambles. Avoid!
