We arrived at the hotel at 6 am, could not check in. We were too early that was our problem so far. Went out for breakfast and got back at 12.00. The room we booked (with a view so we already pay a lot) was still not available. On the website is clear they have a check out between 6-12 am. I called before leaving with the bus the day before and told me it would not be a problem to check-in before 12 because rooms would be available. Now we get to wait in the lobby for the room to be finished. Already 12.30 and still no movement. From a 4 star hotel i expected a better service. They do not even offer a drink while we wait for the room to be finished.. it looks great and the location is great but that is about it.

Good location. Steps away from the Metro station and minutes away from the Eiffel tower. In terms of the hotel itself, the rooms were quite dated and the "toilet" room was extremely small. The main advantage with this hotel is it's location.

Quaint boutique hotel. An okay 3-star hotel, but definitely not a 4-star. It hasn't been fully renovated in several decades, but it was clean, quiet, the bed was comfortable, and the service was very helpful and friendly. Good location off the main street and near a Metro and a few cafes. If you're looking for a basic three star with some charm, this would be fine. My rating is lower, because rating a hotel with stars is important to our understanding of the quality of the hotel, and this one was a little misleading.

Small and romantic. Close to the metro and of course the Eiffel tower. Lots of cafes around. Staff is very nice and accommodating.

Although expensive, if you can afford it, it is a lovely space to stay. Just round the corner from a brilliant view of the Eiffel tower, and easy access to the metro and for ubers. Very quiet place, and has room service for all three meals. Of course there are also safes in the rooms. It is however a small hotel and so has small rooms, but I didn't consider this a downside as I wasn't planning on staying in the hotel for long periods of time. It does come with larger family rooms too. Very good and polite staff. Highly recommend if you're not too worried about money!

Great location but basic facilities. No restaurant but does serve very expensive breakfast. On the plus side iron and kettle in the room

The room was very nice, decent view of the tower (though the museums block the view of the lower parts). Great to have parking in the carport, but it was very difficult to exit. Thankfully, staff helped out with that when we were stuck (very tight turn with a hard concrete corner)
