et revoyez la motivation et compétences de 1 ou 2 réceptionniste (s)
A 6h00 odeur désagréable dans la chambre suite à cuisson des viennoiseries congelés pour le petit-déjeuner. Odeur de recuit recuit grillé, désagréable, isolation aïe aïe. ..ventilation dans la salle de bain bien bruyante.

Accueil sympathique, efficace , seule la fermeture des portes de chambre mériterait une révision, action trop rapide et bruyante, surtout avec les gementfoutisme...

Despite the advert of free WiFi, it didn't work. The room was shoddy and the carpet stained. There was no shower gel in the dispenser and the tea and coffee items were limited. We paid extra for breakfast, 9.50 euros and they'd run out of cups and took a good 10 minutes to replenish! The breakfast was very limited and what they did have, they quickly ran out of, leaving several guests, with no bread! I would expect a banquet breakfast for 9.50 pp! They definitely need to 'up there game'!

Save your money and stay at a different hotel! Rooms not as the photos say, much smaller! Dirty carpets and walls. Staff 'speaks' English but DOES NOT UNDERSTAND IT. Food over cooked. Not worth the price!

Shocking food (dinner). Eat elsewhere. Untrained young receptionist didn't have a clue. Other staff pleasant, breakfast ok. Dirty carpet, but bed linen and bathroom clean.
