Mercure Lille Aeroport is, in my opinion, a great hotel with very nice rooms, good food and friendly staff. I would definitely recommend it.

This hotel is over-rated! In my experience, the hotel facilities are 3 stars and quality of services is only 2 stars. The front desk receptionists and other staff are not helpful in lack of professionalism. I was shocked when I heard negative answer as "NOT POSSIBLE" from the receptionist desk for an extra chair for my room. Also, this hotel is dated and could be improved for many spots including stained carpet, leaking shower handle, chipped doors and walls, and dated equipments in the tiny fitness room without air conditioning. I DON'T RECOMMEND this hotel.

The rooms are clean and comfortable , the food in the restaurant is superb. The hotel has a good atmosphere with very helpful staff.

Good hotel, very clean and tidy rooms. Staff very friendly and professional. Breakfast was also very good and I think I'll try something else in the restaurant for the evening meal next time.

Huge bed but no bath. Check before you book if it's important to you. Good location for the airport.
