The hotel is located next to metro station the area around it could be called as slightly run down. In the street behind hotel there are some dodgy looking people gathering in bunches like they have nothing else to do. Looked like drug dealers to me but could be just folks enjoying fresh air. Hotel is clean. Wear and tear here and there but nothing major. Room I was in was clean well equipped memory foam pillows big telly. Windows were able to be opened. MAJOR Letdown: NO air conditioning. Could not keep open windows since the noise coming from streets is very loud. Girl in reception said that it will be fixed next week but could be saying it every week. Breakfast was good. Buffet type everything you can expect from breakfast. Staff were nice and helpfull.

Excellent value. Clean, spacious twin room for Paris and very quiet. Breakfast options are somewhat limited compared to the usual buffet, but it is top quality and partly organic

Great location next to metro station. Good value. Small but nice modern clean rooms. Sarah on reception was so helpful . Great experience

Very nice standard hotel. Friendly staff and clean rooms. Good location in that there is a restaurant nearby and supermarket over the road and metro station directly in front. But to walk and "see Paris" the area is not the best choice but if you don't mind Metro or taxi it's great. The hotel itself is wonderful.
