The hotel was nice and was in a fantastic location right on the promenade. The room was spacious but the bathroom was strangely pokey. It had low ceilings (despite high ceilings in the main room itself) and husband struggled to use the shower as at 6'7" he was banging his head on the ceiling. It also was configured so anyone taller than 6 foot would definitely soak the whole bathroom. Only 1 lift was working and the other broke down while we were there leaving us to traipse up 4 floors on uneven stairs in high heels. Concierge and reception staff were very lovely and helpful, five stars for them.

Fantastic hotel on best location in Nice at Promenade des anglais. Stayed many times. Good service and very nice staff

Just checked in room is so small with one window over looking garage. So far have not found the published "free" parking anywhere at hotel or near bye. Only parking is paid at +20€ a day! Great location and view from other hotel locations r much better. Food was ok and service is not awful but could be better

Stairs a little sqeaky but overall, good hotel. Large rooms that can fit 4-5 people even if it states only 3. Great location!

Another hotel that doesn't have a shower that accommodates slightly taller than normal. My head hit the ceiling in the shower. So I had to sit in the bath to shower myself.

Lifts were barely working, one was permanently broken. The other would forget it was called, or just stop at every floor.

Great location, easy to get from the airport by bus, and right next to lots of restaurants! Also immediately in front of the ocean so it is really easy to relax and enjoy the beach all day.

Nice location but shocking display of incompetency.

We are staying here for a four day visit on our honeymoon. There are so many great things about this hotel, but the best is the location. It's very central to especially the beach. It's right across the street from Blue Beach a nice private beach that the hotel offers discounts to. The staff is really friendly and almost everyone speaks excellent English. The breakfast is great, but you're also a short walk from many great restaurant. The historic district is less than a 10 minute walk away. Our room is really nice with a large bathroom and a small balcony overlooking the beach. The only negatives and what is preventing 5 stars is the walls are somewhat thin and you can hear loud conversations or televisions from the neighboring rooms. Also we had some issues with our door locks. Other than that our stay has been great and I would consider staying here again.

The housekeeping was nosey and intrusive. Interrupting us several times a day.

Too small room , not believe able ! I think the room was just for 1 person not couple ! We could not walk we jumped from bed!! Unbelievable!!!!
