Assiette fantastique. Mention spéciale au plateau de fromages. Le service est parfait cela suit bien. Nous avons fait de nombreux étoilés 1 2 ou 3. La cote saint jacques est sur le podium. Bravo à toute l équipe.

L'accueil est parfait. Le cadre enchanteur. La cuisine est vraiment bonne, mais je n'ai pas ressenti l'émerveillement attendu pour un restaurant gastronomique (car le tarif est bien celui d'un gastronomique). Un peu fatigué par le trajet, j'étais peut être mal disposé; mais quitte à faire de la route, j'irai ailleurs la prochaine fois.

We were extremely disappointed in this over-rated restaurant. It does not deserve Michelin stars in its food or its service. The menu was limited to bizarre combinations of foods prepared in unappealing ways. Who can ruin escargot in Burgundy? This restaurant did. The presentation was beautiful. The service was fine until dessert when half the table was served and the wait staff disappeared. When we finally got their attention, they took the desserts away. What was happening? Someone clearly lost focus and we were forgotten and neglected. The prices are way too high for such mediocre food and poor service.

Das billigste Essen! !! 1 Scheibe Blutwurst mit Stampfkartoffen - 38,00 €. Und Sauber kenn ich anders.

L'hôtel ainsi que le restaurant sont exceptionnels. Nous y avons passé un superbe weekend romantique entre le SPA, la grande chambre face au fleuve avec son immense terrasse et le restaurant gastronomique pour le dîner.
