Very, very bad service! The sellers do not know which items they have, neither items' location.
I came to buy a soft ball for a kid's birthday, asked one of consultant where I can find it, he sent me downstairs, without coming with me. I tried my best to find where that ball could be, then asked for another consultant's help, which asked me to wait for him. I had to wait for around 10 minutes, even though I was in hurry, and apparently, he completely forgot about me. I tried to ask for other consultants' help, but I just could find no one! Then, when I finally found someone to speak to, they tell me they do not have the item I need.
Waste of time + very bad impression. I really suggest nobody to go there.

Large choice of toys but the store is not organized by age range so you tend to lose a bit of time looking for the right thing. Oxybul is a better alternative for your little loved ones
