We visited Beaune and La Moutarderie Fallot. The tour began with a Museographic tour which presented all the secrets of the Brassica seed and its history, then the opportunity to grind the mustard seed and experience the sensory approach and enjoy Fallot. This was a first...a French museum facility dedicated to mustard. The tour was fun and we met many new friends from around the world. Learned many techniques and traditions associated with mustard and its history. Enjoyed the visit and found the staff both knowledgeable and friendly. I loved the yellow mustard truck...When we returned home we were excited to find that our Total Wine store carries the Fallot products. The visit Fallot was excellent and I recommend it for everyone. Super visite. On apprend beaucoup de choses sur la moutarde, son histoire et sa fabrication. A la fin de la visite, un paquet de 4 petits pots de moutarde est offert. La boutique propose un large de choix de moutardes qu'il est possible de goûter en libre service au bar à moutarde !

You can learn how mustard is made taste and buy some as well, Fallot makes the best mustard, and they are proud of it. a must see.
