The menu in the evening - (you need to book) - is absolutely fabulous!!!
A single 5 course menu is offered, changed everyday!
Each course is small and perfectly formed.
We have dined there several times and each time has been a joy.
We have had rack of lamb, as soft as marshmallow, guineau fowl prepared to perfection.
If you let them know in advance they will happily substitute a fish dish for a meat course instead.
The service is attentive and not at all overbearing.
If you appreciate good food, prepared and served to world class standards, then you simply cannot miss this lovely restaurant.
In the summer, dining is on the terrace, with views over into the valley, during winter - indoors with an open fireplace. Perfect setting.
Excellent value, an unbelievable 36 euros per person - would happily pay more!

Een baby onvriendelijk hotel! Onvriendelijke gastvrouw. Onze baby heeft een hele week in een smerige babystoel moeten zitten omdat dit het enige was dat ze in die hotel hadden. Regelmatig verversen van de lakens was te veel gevraagd voor de gastvrouw in kwestie. Verouderde badkamer met schimmel op de tegels. Last van te veel mieren.

Could not be faulted. Excellent food, excellent service, breathtaking views from the restaurant, what more could anyone want. Downside - restaurant not open tomorrow.

Small gem in a amazing area. The restaurant is also really nice and they are quite flexible in case of any allergies.

En juin, j'ai dormi 1 semaine dans une des chambres sous la piscine.Odeur d'humidité garantie! durant deux nuits j'ai dormi avec les fourmies.Internet et la clim ne marchaient pas.Ca fait beaucoup.Les gens sont acceuillants et le restaurant est bon.Mais je demeure décu par les conditions de la chambre.La direction reconnait mais ne veut pas faire de geste commercial, donc c'est du foutage et de la publicité mensongère concernant la clim et internet.La prochaine fois j'irai dans le 4 étoiles, en espérant ne pas faire de nouveaux amis durant la nuit...
