We have just returned from a fantastic three days at Les Source De Caudalie. I am not usually good at writing reviews but, such was the level of service here, I felt the need to this time. The hotel is beautiful, the staff charming and the location perfect for a short escape from the world.

Good location, very pretty hotel, food is good at the hotel restaurant. But service is pretty bad.

This will be one of the most special places you ever visit.

I like the spa a lot the team is specialised and the place is spacious

Their service is impeccable. Right away I was greeted in their beautiful lobby by smiling faces. I had the feeling I was returning home.

When you get a room with almost zero aircon 1 night, you get a little upset. When you get it the 2nd night as well being told it was fine. Well not sure how many react but it certainly is not 5 star reaction with this service. The day time manager made me feel like they were doing me a favour splitting my family up and putting us in different accomodation. The food, the grounds, most rooms and staff are fantastic. The old room we had was very disappointing with almost no aircon and very poor bathrooms....perhaps 2 star standard for this.......just don't book one of those rooms!

Amazing experience! Beautiful setting with lovely, attentive staff. Rooms were beautiful, quiet and well stocked with treats. Would highly recommend!

I saw some reviews below from silly people who are either not well travelled or just like to complain. I have stayed in really nice places all around the world and Les Source is one of the places I really want to come back to again and again. I am already figuring out my vacations for 2017 and how I can fit in a week there.

One of the things that impressed me the most was the food, which was cooked to perfection. My room overlooked the lake and was so comfortable to sleep in. They also have a really cute little gym for those who want to get a little exercise in.
