I was there this weekend and as usual was impeccably helped by the staff.
The store is spread out across 2 levels and has a great variety of items. it contrasts with the Store at the Champs Elysees in that it is much less crowded and you can peruse at your own time and will.

Gilberto and his team are excellent! The staff are very attentive, efficient and professional. I very much appreciate their opinion to select multiple collective items. The visit to Asniere was fab!

Very rude and arrogant attitude. Without welcoming greeting. The host and SA were standing at the front door talking to each other and ignoring the client. I asked for a small purse , they did not check the stock at all just replied that they don't have it and was showing an attitude like" I don't want to serve you. "I feel I was been refused outside the door of LV even without entering the shop floor, what a shame!

This store was great as it is way more quiet than the Champs-Élysées LV flagship. My SA was Mikel (?) who was so patient with my as I didn't have any idea what bag I was looking for as a gift for my mum. Much more relaxed, lots of thinking time, good service overall.

Ask for Delphine - she was great! Very attentive and understanding when I was so indecisive. Also spent time giving me directions to a couple of other places I needed to go, after I'd already made my purchase. Let my daughter play on her iPad and gave her apple juice while I looked at some bags. The men there, on the other hand, were a little stuffy.

Wonderful service compared to the Champs Elysees store. We were seen immediately and our SA was so helpful. Will definitely be back!
