Great place, super customer service, not up in your face with stupid suggestions, just ask and you will receive.
We were treated to coffee, champagne and lots of smiles!

Great place to shop LV and avoid the crowds. Store being renovated. Looks great and can't wait for the whole store to reopen post renovation.

My friend and I were in there for half an hour, standing to be served, however no one looked at us or asked us if we needed anything. We were looking for a wallet, my friend was wanting to look at one, the blonde sales person just looked at us and walked passed us. Clearly she thought we just wanted to be in the shop. Honestly, nothing that special. We will not be going into another Louis Vuitton shop again. We ended up going to Chanel instead and we both bought things there.

It's not a big store. Ms Mayumi is nice and helped me got what I wanted. I am not a big fun of handbags so I really do not want to stay in line and wait for a long time for a handbag. I waited for about 5 mins.

It is relatively large area of merchandise display. Mainly bags and accessories. The service really depends on the person that takes care of you. Summertime the shop gambles to hire temporary staff. Some of them are experienced and good. But it is a roulette and you might get into the permanent staff that are burned out.
Overall - they have great display of goods. But many exclusive and limited items will be out of stock.

Made a special trip to this store to make a handbag purchase. Arrived 40 minutes prior to them closing only to find out they were already closed for a special event. No signs on the door, nothing until I went inside and was told by a doorman they were closed. You would think a special event would either have notice on the door or would begin after hours. Lost my business to Chanel that day.

We are not impressed by the staff.
