It is my third time at Pauliac and always leave with a sense of leaving my own home. John and Jane have created a beautiful place that is magnified by their kindness. Jane's food is nothing short of spectacular. I am sure I will be back here.

Splendid isolation. Comfortable and welcoming; garden with shady spots by the pool in the day, clear skies with no light pollution at night.
