Very dirty and old hotel, rude staff, tiny rooms, old mattress, bad service, broken elevator, poor light in the room, unsafe area, breakfast was a disaster.

Very convenient location with a couple minute walk to the metro. Rooms are small but expected in Paris. Service was good.

A very lovely place within walking distance of the metro, convenience store, and other such places. Across from it lies a small, beautiful garden that serves as a great place to relax under the sun. Everyone was nice, and the breakfast was lovely. I did not mind the tiny bathroom at all, but to those who are used to American sized rooms: These buildings do not conform to American Architectural standards.

Room was smaller than expected and advertised, staff were friendly and breakfast isn't bad. The bath had a weird problem with not draining for a while but that may be a faulty plug. TV only has french channels too, sadly no BBC! Overall, was a nice place to stay
Edit: after trying to check out, was nearly charged for snacks from the mini bar that weren't in the mini bar to start with! Then was confronted with the fact that breakfast was £14.50 per person, a fact they "conveniently" don't tell you until check out. Would not recommend or stay here again, not sure how they 4 stars at all, not good quality.

Was in a good central area with close parking and a good breakfast. Rooms are small but it is Paris so it's what you'd expect, not mind blowing but cosy and convenient

Worn out carpets and flaking wall paper and paint.

Not what I was expecting considering the online pics and the 4 star rating. It's not that well kept and it's dark. The staff is nice so far though

Terrible service. They lost my reservation and didn't even apologize. As the hotel was full, I had to share my colleague's room, which was shabby and at the end of a long, unlit corridor. The only saving grace was the bathroom, which had clearly been redone rcently. The whole place feels rundown. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone

2 star hotel at best
